They were there on time.  They started right away and cleaned the entire area I requested.  They were quick and very professional.

Over the weekend, I spilled a Big Red on our bedroom carpet and couldn't get the stain out, not matter what I tried.  I contacted Carpet Solutions and they arrived on the same day I contacted them.
Anthony and James came by and were the most professional, helpful techs I could ask for. They actually explained how to clean up any future stains without damaging the carpet and they were in and out so fast, I couldn't believe they had actually taken the stain out.  
The price was a mere $50 and considering we could have lost our completed deposit, this was nothing! I know some of the other "big name" companies around here charge a lot more.  I highly recommend Carpet Solutions and they are the only ones that will be cleaning our home's carpet in the future!

Worst experience of my life with carpet cleaning. First, I bought a coupon of groupon and it took WEEKS to get a hold of anyone. Then when the day finally came, a guy that looked all of 16 and like he had no idea what he was doing showed up at my door. I showed him the rooms that needed to be cleaned and he started, I was a little nervous so I sat in my kitchen and watched......his tank that hold all the water, the one on the truck, ran out of water....so he used MY water hose to fill it up. Yup, not only did I pay for my carpet to be cleaned I then paid for his water to not just clean my house but to clean everyone else's in town as well. He come back in after a 45min break and "finished". The carpet was so wet in some areas that I needed to use towels to soak up the extra water. My house smelt like wet dog. (we do have dogs, but never experienced that smell with other companies) it took DAYS to dry and I was really afraid that there would be mold. When I tried to contact someone and let them know what happen.....I never could reach any one. imagine that. Don't waist your time, spend the extra money and use carpet tech.

Did the job in a very short time at a very reasonable price.

They did the best they could on the carpets.  This is the second time that I’ve used them and I’ve been happy with the work that they have done.  I would recommend them to my family and friends and use them again in the future.
