They provided quick, friendly service. The carpet looked great and it was pretty dry to the touch. No chemical or perfume smells were present when they left either. I will use this carpet cleaning company again.

The price was higher than expected, but the results were impressive and worth the cost! We had several significant pet stains on light-colored carpet in the living and dining room. I thought the carpet was ruined.
The service was prompt and courteous. Because so much spot treatment was applied (thus the higher cost), the technician came back a week later to extract any excess and to apply the stain-resistance treatment. I paid nothing for the second trip.
The carpet dried quickly, the spots are gone and I can't smell a thing. I'm very pleased and would call them again.

I spent about $100 on that service. They were on time, very professional and they wore shoe covers on their feet. They were just good in every way. I keep good people that I like and I would use them again.

They had come and spot cleaned an area rug and then did four bedrooms, a hall and the stairs. There were dog urine stains on several spots and they had spotted that and cleaned it. They had come a day after I had called them and they came when they said they would be here. The worker Paul was very professional and did everything that he said he would.

There were a number of stains on the carpet, including wine, cosmetics, bleach, and animal urine. The truck mounted unit cleanes by means of a carbonated Co2, which involves 1/5 of the moisture of steam cleaning. Extensive pre-spotting was necessary on the oatmeal-colored carpet. There were a few small stains of unknown origin that would not come out completely, but we were very pleased with the overall result. The $626 it cost to clean the carpet was a fraction of the cost of replacement, and resulted in a house that will show well to prospective buyers. The work was accomplished in a little over 4 hours, by a very hard-working technician than never took a break during that time. The first area of carpet cleaned was almost completely dry by the time the tech left.
