There are always unknowns and sometimes surprises. Johnny was very fair and upfront on potential unknowns and we discussed a plan to work through them. If they make a mistake on the project, they made it right... no question. If I wanted to make a change, they did it. If there was a cost impact to the project from my change we talked about it, got a price on it and moved ahead. They were always very accommodating and helpful with ideas. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"

The house was completely cleaned at the end of each day. David was informative and made outstanding recommendations to allow me to remodel reasonably for my area which is Oak Forest with my home being on a large lot and nice mid-sized home. Electrical was replaced, new plumbing, new tankless water heater installed, new floors, new facing on fireplace is beautiful, new windows, new custom built cabinets and facing. Attention to detail was stunning. David even made some accessiblity adjustments for my son in a wheelchair as well as a new ramp was built. The job was given a time frame and was only 1 week late due to me adding additional work. Highly recommend David Summers and his crew."
