"Basically I was charged over $500 for a microwave handle. Tech made me pay in advance because I am the landlord. He could not repair dishwasher and put the handle on built in microwave. I did receive a $25 refund on trip charge but still out the labor and parts charge for the dishwasher. I have filled a complaint with BBB to see if they can resolve the matter. I will never use your service again and plan to tell my friends and family not to use your service either."
