Contractor was able to diagnose the problem on his first visit. He did not have any parts in his truck and had to order them to be installed on a subsequent visit. He acquired the parts and was able to complete the installation on the date he stated. The estimate he gave was honored without any additional charges. Overall, he seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. The business seems to be a bit quirky in that the name keeps changing and I think there is a clearing house for this kind of work to be submitted to available agents, so your experience may vary.
