"Lance did a wonderful job with our ceiling fan installation even going beyond by installing a fan over a water bed (kinda of tricky). He checked an existing fan and troubleshooted the problem and we have an electrical issue that he resolved - good news for me cause we are getting a new fan and one for patio that he can install. HIGHLY recommend this young man for any job. Thanks again Lance."

"Orlando did a wonderful job painting the interior of my property and also repaired some nicks on the drywall, installed 2 doors that needed replacing. His price is very reasonable and the job was completed on time. I?m so glad I found him here and now he will be my to go guy for small repairs. If I could give him 100 stars I would! ?? ?? ?? ?? ??"

"Mario has been our Handyman for over the last 5yrs. He's remolded our home by putting down title in our home. He has remodeled both of our bathrooms, he put in receding lighting through out our home. He's installed ceiling fans. He also setup our backup generator. Mario does excellent work, and I won't use any other contractor on my home. 5 stars to Mario for his awesome work. 👍👍👍👍👍"

"Will use them again Anthony and his team did a great job I had a gate that was installed by a previous contractor. The contractor never came back to fix issue so I had to hire someone else. Really appreciated the work and him explaining everything to me."

"Installation took longer than expected, but they made sure everything was done correctly and securely so I wouldn’t have to worry about it coming down anytime soon. Super friendly throughout the entire process, professional, and answered all my questions. You can tell they care about doing quality work instead of rushing the job. Fire Pit Installation questions, answered by experts

Generally, an oil furnace is considered safer than a gas furnace for several reasons. While both types of furnaces can produce carbon monoxide, a leak in an oil furnace is easier to detect due to the smell. Oil furnaces also don't connect to a gas pipeline, which reduces the chance of a fuel leak. Most importantly, heating oil is not combustible, whereas natural gas is highly flammable. This means there is a much lower risk of combustion or explosion with an oil furnace. However, an oil furnace can still pose a fire hazard if it tips over.

To prevent carbon monoxide poisoning on a propane heater, make sure that your heater is suitable for indoor use. When you run the heater, it should always be in a well-ventilated area with proper air circulation. Installing carbon monoxide detectors on every level of your home is also essential. If you have any questions about using a heater indoors, contact a local heating and oil company for more information.

An outlet can start a fire if it has blown a fuse, or is sparking, overheating, or smells burnt. Prevent electrical fires by unplugging the device connected to the outlet and hiring an electrician to determine and fix the outlet’s issue. If the outlet stays hot or isn't working, you should fix it.

Costs depend on system type, building size, labor, and regulatory compliance requirements.

No, a chirping smoke alarm is usually a sign of an issue with the power supply of the unit. This is easily solved by replacing the battery to stop the smoke alarm from beeping. If the chirp continues, review the owner’s manual to determine the cause. These chirps are short and not as loud as the beeping of the alarm itself. If you can’t tell the difference, it’s best to treat it like an activated alarm until you find the cause.
