The installation was really quick. Lance was knowledgeable and very professional. There was still a problem with the set up because I just wasn’t sure about any of the original settings, but I was able to contact my HVAC company and they walked me through the correct set up. So, we’re good to go and my house is cooling! Thank you, Lance!

Lance did a wonderful job with our ceiling fan installation even going beyond by installing a fan over a water bed (kinda of tricky). He checked an existing fan and troubleshooted the problem and we have an electrical issue that he resolved - good news for me cause we are getting a new fan and one for patio that he can install. HIGHLY recommend this young man for any job. Thanks again Lance.

Amazing!!! I’m so excited and relieved to have found LMS installs. I told lance what I wanted, he had a vision and viola a beautiful and functional piece for my laundry room (how did he know I love pine?) :) He seems to really enjoy this work too he’s so pleasant and relaxed on time and patient.
