"I am so sorry to hear about your experience. We DID NOT provide that universal storm door we simply installed it and there is only one [Member Information Removed] it can be installed. On our 1st visit to your home we provided you a written estimate for 3 of your [Member Information Removed] items. It was explained that items 4-[Member Information Removed] would be estimated through another department and an estimate appointment was scheduled but you canceled it. You accepted our estimate for $2,165 on Tuesday 3/25 and the work was scheduled for Monday 3/31. The scope of work was scheduled to take two days to complete. On Monday 3/31 our Handyman Gary, a Handy Squad Employee showed up at 8:30am which was inside our 8:00-8:30am arrival window. Day one we changed out two ceiling fans and installed one universal screen door that you provided and did a material take off for lumber we needed for the rails. These scopes of work were completed in 5 hrs. and 30 minutes. Day two on the project we were scheduled to install two custom handrails. Our handyman Gary secured all materials and was onsite at exactly [Member Information Removed]:00am as scheduled. Gary constructed one handrail and notified you at 2:00pm that he would have to return to complete the second handrail. This was due to a gutter that needed to be rerouted and the top rail he had gotten wet the prior day and warped when it dried. It was then that you asked him to vacate your property and if he failed to leave you would call the police. Immediately after this incident I sent Mike, one of our Managers to your home and a resolution was found to build the hand rail around the gutter. You requested another Handyman and we sent another one of or "on staff" Handyman Kevin to install the last handrail. He arrived at exactly 8:00 am and the scope of work was done within 2 hrs. and Kevin walked the project and you were happy will all scoped of work we completed. Our Manager Mike called you and you were happy with all scopes of work. You we so happy with the finished product you asked for a quote on a 3rd handrail which we provided upon completion."
