"Josh & Laura came on a Friday afternoon to begin staining the new wood on our deck extension. They returned Saturday to complete the job. Their work was excellent. They stained our older deck wood to match the new and it is beautiful. They also stained part of our garden house and extra boards for us to fashion a gate for the deck. "Clayton and his team performed great in installing our concrete patio, on time and on budget and I donâ t want to have a negative review about his work at all. However, he suggested a contractor (Keith) to stain my existing patio and do an overlay on my back porch. This contractor came and gave me an estimate and I accepted it based on Claytonâ s recommendation. The contractor put stain in our concrete and also came back and did an overlay on our existing patio slab with a different border color. A month later the freeze occurred and when everything thawed the stain on my patio lifted off and looked terrible. Keith came and looked at it and said the stain lifting off was due to the freeze and he had several customers that had contacted him about the same issue. He blamed the manufacturer. Had I known the stain finish was subject to freezing I never would have spent the money. Also the overlay on my back porch chipped off. Keith came and looked at it and said it need to be redone. He sent another contractor to do the repair and the color was very orange instead of brown. Keith came and looked at it and said it needed to be removed and redone. I have texted him several times with no response. Since that time he will not return my texts. No bad reviews on Clayton and All Out, but look elsewhere for your staining and overlaysâ ¦.."
