"NO TO WINDOW WORLD! update** 12/15/2020. Install date is supposed to be today.... it is 1130 AM with no call to confirm and nobody here to install. I hope their quality of work is opposite from their service, sales and communication. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a window company. The install was supposed to happen during summer.... now its freezing outside, great time to have a hole in your wall. I have waited 4 months and still have not had any install or product recieved. I was told when signing the contract it would probably take 3 weeks but no longer than 2 months. I would have never gone with window world if I knew it was going to take this long and wasnt lied to. I asked for a refund with the promise someone would contact me, nobody has yet. I will NEVER use window world again. This was their test run. I have many other windows and doors to replace. I am glad I didnt choose to have WINDOW WORLD do them all at once. Liars, scam and terrible service. I do NOT recommend Window World unless you want your windows installed Late and lying customer service. I got a call already, and was told "unfortunately there is nothing we can do" basically too bad, we lied and there is nothing we will do to make it right."

"Wish I didn't have to write this, but buyer beware! Questionable quality, and if you need them back for anything you’re SOL. :( 2 years ago we replaced over 10 windows, as well as all the siding, fascia, and soffits around the roof ($35k+!). A couple months ago a large storm ripped about an 8 ft. section of fascia completely off! Literally torn a long strip of metal in two like a piece of paper! A call to their office gets us "Oh, so-and-so is in a meeting, but he'll definitely call you back by the end of the day”. Couple weeks go by, call again, I get "Oh, so-and-so is in a meeting, but he'll definitely call you back by the end of the day”. Another couple weeks, call again, I get "Oh, so-and-so is in a meeting, but he'll *definitely* call you back by the end of the day”. We’re still waiting. Meanwhile, I’ve got 8 feet of rafter exposed to the elements. I question the quality of the metal, to be torn the way it was (see pics!), but even worse, the customer service has been completely unacceptable. Buyer beware."

The kitchen was so dated - he came up with the idea to do concrete countertops, and then pick up the gray in the concrete with the paint on the cabinets and the grout on the subway tile. He also replaced counter tops in the bathrooms, totally redid the main bathroom, replaced all flooring except two bedrooms and hall (he found a carpet guy that did a really nice job). Very, very pleased."
