Dear Angie's List User, We are so sorry you had a negative experience with Phillips Home Improvements. As for your home in Denton, we apologize that you did not receive your estimate. The Project Manager thought he emailed it to you, but we were unable to find record of it. Unfortunately, your Project Manager tried to call you back a number of times but was unable to reach you concerning your home in Frisco. He did leave a message with your daughter at your Frisco home letting you know that there was not enough damage to warrant a reroof, and could not locate a leak, so we had no bid for that project. We regret that we never reached you and neglected to email you in addition to speaking with your daughter about your Frisco home. This is not the way we normally do business, and we hope you will forgive us and consider using us for a future home improvement project.
