This company did amazing work on the condo that needed a lot done. The kitchen was so dated - he came up with the idea to do concrete countertops, and then pick up the gray in the concrete with the paint on the cabinets and the grout on the subway tile. He also replaced counter tops in the bathrooms, totally redid the main bathroom, replaced all flooring except two bedrooms and hall (he found a carpet guy that did a really nice job). Very, very pleased.

Work was done fast and well. Joseph was able to work around the ongoing renovation of the flip house and was very informative and helpful in explaining the different beam sizes and and costs.

They were okay. There was one place he was supposed to repair that he actually didn't get repaired. He said well, that'd be easy for you to do. I still have to fix it and I haven't done it yet. So because of that, that would be my one down on them. He did okay. It took him more time and it ended up costing more than his original estimate and he left that one part for me to fix and I thought, if I was good at doing this I wouldn't have asked you to do it now would I. What he did was fine. It's just that he didn't do one patch area that I needed done. He re-did one bathroom and it all needed textured, and then there was a patch area in the adjacent bedroom and I said okay, remember that you've gotta do this. The first day, he said well I'll do it the next day because he was gonna come back a second day. And when he came back the second day, he did work on the bathroom again and I said hey, remember you were supposed to do this. And he was like well that's not really that hard to do. Well for me it is. I would probably not use him again because of that. He should have been concerned enough to say no, let me take care of this patch. He just left it. I think it just took more time than he expected.

Excellent job, on time, kept me or my son updated on progress. Was flexible / considering my mom's ( 90 years) age & kept site clean, left site clean.

It took two months for him to get somebody out to see me once I decided to schedule the work. I work at home so I was very flexible with the date and time...pretty much any day or time. When somebody finally came out he ended up doing a very sloppy work. It looks like there is a big rectangular patch in my ceiling. There was no attempt to make the texture match the rest of the ceiling. I have had dry wall repair done before by other contractors and the work was excellent to the point that you could not tell any repair work had been done at all. This, on the other hand, was horrible quality.

They did an excellent job as a matter of fact. Price was reasonable. They were there ahead of time sitting in front of the door waiting. I would use them again in a heartbeat. It was just one guy that came out to do the work. It took him a couple of hours because doing the drywall he had to wait on some stuff to dry he went and had lunch, it took maybe 2 hours.

Smooth and well done.

The consultation went well, he took careful measurements and I asked me what I wanted in the kitchen, counter top choices, flooring, cabinets, etc. I was disappointed that it took 2 months and several reminder emails to get 5 pictures of my kitchen without the changes we had talked about- especially a white countertop and no estimates or design alternatives.

The service was excellent. There is only one thing that I could say is I would have liked it better had they put something on the floor so the drywall or plaster (or whatever it is) didn't get on the floor in the garage. It was kind of messy. You know, if they would have just laid some plastic down or something, it wouldn't have been as messy. They did an excellent job except for the small mess that they left. I haven't got any idea about the price because I don't know if it was a good price or not, but I have my problem fixed. I would use them again in the future, but next time I would know to ask them to put something down. I thought that he was very polite, he did it in a short time, and he did a great job.
