We received outstanding service. KitchenAid double oven shut down during a self clean. Sent a email request and they responded within minutes on Sunday morning. Stated they would call first thing Monday morning and they did. Showed up and had the oven pulled from the wall and every fuse had to be replaced. Thank you again for the outstanding service.

Cesar was a top-notch professional. He added calm to an already frustrating situation. He was timely and very responsive to my questions/concerns. I would recommend them hands down over any service company I've used before.

The company was prompt with their response to my inquiry. Appointment set for initial review. Cesar was very thorough in determining the issues with the refrigerator. He took the time to explain the details of the problem and what was needed to repair it. Parts were ordered and arrived earlier than expected. I was pleased that he was able to come right away to install the replacement parts. He completed the job and left the area clean. I would highly recommend Countryside Appliance and will definitely call them when needed again.

We had a 3 year service plan for a Maytag Washer from Lowes. The service plan is contracted out to A&E Services, Without going into significant detail after waiting nearly a month to have A&E repair our washing machine we decided to call another repair company, We call Countryside and couldn't be more pleased with the decision. Cesar came out first thing the day after we called and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Cesar is very efficient and knowledgeable about the appliances we own. I will never call Lowes again to set up a service call with A&E again,. My first call will be to Countryside.

Cesar came out Friday afternoon and installed the new icemaker! Both men were extremely courteous, acted like we were long-time customers. Cesar was very professional and knowledgeable.
