"STAY AWAY! Complete price gouging. I recently had an estimate (no free estimate - cost $175 just to see the issues) for a complete pool equipment replacement - 2 pumps, a booster, and two lights - the bid cam in EXTREMELY HIGH. I did a quick google search on the SAME EXACT PUMP quoted in the estimate and it was $1500 cheaper than what was on the estimate. When I confronted the company - they said this was inclusive of "labor". When I asked if I bought the equipment elsewhere and then they installed, they said it would be $500. SO - $1000 mark up on a $2000 pump. CRIMINAL. They will over charge you - ironically - they are titled "integrity". Pass along!"

Our existing pool was falling apart, stained and flaking plaster, the slate coping was cracking and deteriorating had an underground leak and the equipment was leaking. We had travertine coping, pebble tec, glass tile and our surrounding deck covered with cool deck finish. We also sprung for updating our pool equipment and lights, Wow what a great feature, controlling the pool equipment from smart phone. The pool is like brand new, actually better. With the upgrades it will be bearable to walk on deck and enjoy the pool in our Texas heat. The old concrete deck and coping was terribly hot especially for grandkids and the the Travertine coping and cool deck will make a world of difference. The color changing lights are especially cool, the grandkids were amazed and adults enjoy the soothing colors. I am completely satisfied with the results of my investment. The pictures don't do it justice as I need to work on my yard the pool truly shines in the sunlight. Thank you Francisco and Maria for making it happen."

I started designing pools in January of 1997 for a larger family owned company that was at the time located in Plano. After working in the mall for a large company with striped referee like shirts after high school, I started on a drafting board using a mechanical pencil. After about 4 years hand drawing, I learned to design using the Auto CAD 2D program. Now I use CAD to initially design, then trace if requested into a 3d rendering. In 2008, the economy took a nosedive. I was working for another company in the metroplex at the time and was let go based on how sales were slowing almost to a complete stop. I knew that everyone that already had an older pool needed to be maintained. I started selling remodels full time from 2008 until now. I got back into designing and selling new pools in 2020. I will continue to do remodels as that is my "bread and butter" . When I sell a new project, it is a great bonus! I refuse to build and remodel more pools than 1 person can handle.
