BUYER BEWARE! Hired them for a new inground pool. Issues at every stage of the game. Laid out the pool wrong and asked me to show them where to dig while the operator was in the excavator. They installed the bond beam in contrast to their specs. Foreman said that's how all their pools are done, but when the owner, James Bryant, looked at it he admitted it was unacceptable. They promised to fix but never was and still doesn't have a cantilever edge. They installed the wrong 1x1 pool tile then had to tear it all out and replace. They installed the wrong coping. We requested an eased edge, but got round edge. Owner refuses to fix. The deck forms were constructed incorrectly twice and are still incorrect. No update to when it will get fixed. They stubbed up the conduits for the equipment directly in front of our kitchen window and said they would move but they are still there. Owner assured me he had insurance but refuses to provide proof. Too much to list here. Scammers all the way!!!!

Fort worth pool was by far 100% customer satisfaction .James Bryant always kept us updated and informed through the entire construction. They really turned my back yard into a masterpiece. Fair price, excellent attention to detail. Good communication. Would definitely recommend! The owner, James, is personable and easy to work with. He cared very much about us being happy with the work. Our pool looks awesome! Our project involved sanding and resurfacing our pool deck, replacing old coping and tile and replastering the pool.

James explained the steps during the initial meeting. He made sure I understood and walked me through any potential issues. During the process he kept me informed on status and expectations of completion for every step. Anytime I called the office I was treated like I was the only customer and never felt rushed to get off the phone. Everyone was professional and respectful when working at my home. I would recommend them to anyone and have already told my friends to call when they are ready for not just a pool installation but an area I feel is a great getaway after a long day at work.

The entire project was absolutely phenomenal from planning through finish! This was a big project. We added an outdoor kitchen, a pool and landscaping in the back as well as a retaining wall, new stairs, landscaping and artificial grass in the front. The design and the execution was top-notch in every aspect! I completely recommend this company for your next outdoor project!!!
