"I serviced Martha's pool on 5 different occasions between the last week in November and the last week of December. On my initial visit her pool water was very cloudy. I tested the water and her Cyanuric levels, Phosphates and PH were extremely high and there was zero chlorine in the pool. I added a chemical to lower the Phosphates but the levels were so high that it did not help. The only way to fix the Cyanuric and Phosphate levels were to drain the pool and fill with new water. This process was completed and I tested the water again and found out her water coming from her house was testing high in phosphates. I again added chemicals to lower the level. I sent an invoice with all the work and chemicals used which included the next weeks service, which I normally send invoices at the beginning for services for that month. She sent me an email stating why the invoice was so high and I explained to her my billing process. She didn't want my service anymore, so I adjusted her invoice to reflect the reduced total which is $262.38. As of today February 2 she still has not paid the invoice."
