Choice Home WarrantyNEVER EVER, EVER use Choice Home Warranty. They always find an excuse to not pay claims. They have contractors that will lie for them so they don't have to pay a claim, too. Buyer Beware if you get sucked into their false claims and lies.- Terry E.

Aerobic Septic Service CoHorrible. Had to pay to have a bearing replaced in my aerator (sure - no big deal) then the loaner aerator given was requested back by them for use with another customer - that didn't fly. Then when they brought out my aerator after it was fixed, they damaged the electrical wiring by dropping the stone cap/cover on the wiring and then had the audacity to charge me to fix it! Wife accidentally renewed the contract with them in July (when they were due to come out again) well it's now March and they haven't been out once yet whenever we can get a hold of them after 15 tries, they promise to send someone out. So what do I do? I rearrange my day so that I can be home so that I can put my dogs inside while they are working... yeah... they have yet to actually come out. Now all I want to do is cancel and get my money back as they breached contract. Now they won't answer the phone. If they don't answer the phone in the next few days my lawyer will be involved. Please don't waste your time or money - find someone else.- Matt S.

Ron Johnson was the technician who came out to evaluate the situation and checked piping completely throughout. He was able to locate the leak quickly and make repairs on site. He seemed very knowledgeable and sincere. His company even did all the political paperwork with the city for permit once work was completed so that I could get gas turned back on. I was very impressed with how quickly the repair went especially since it was dropping into the 30s that night after permit was approved! Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to anybody.
