Sewer Main Install, Replace or Repair
I needed my main sewer line replaced in the front yard. They used a large excavator machine to dig the hole and the operator of the excavator was careless. He broke the support beam from the front porch corner and drove over a flower bed. Also up rooted large bushes around the house. The plumbers did there job well until it was time to test the line for inspection. They misplaced the balloon at the house level and that filled my home, flooding 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the main hallway. The owner of the company offered two replace only the boards that were wet out of pocket so quote He did not have to claim it on his insurance. He felt it was unnecessary to remove the wet doors or cabinets. Ultimately I claimed it with my homeowners insurance. Currently I am in subrogation with his insurance and they are still arguing over total cost. We lived with partial walls and no flooring for five months and I finally went forward with getting the work done on my own and hopefully the insurance companies will work it out. I have not heard from the plumbers since.

Initially I was going to replace all the wood flooring in the hall way, closets and bedrooms. We came to take measurements and that's when you offered to us that we just pay your deductible and you would claim it on your insurance. We agreed to this and we waited to hear from your insurance company to pay the deductible. A few weeks passed and we received a letter from your insurance company requesting us to provide our insurance. We immediately sent it to them."
