They are absolutely the best! They were able to come right away, very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They even contacted the gas company and stayed to talk with them after the repair. Couldn't ask for better service and extremely fair price. Will be calling them for all future plumbing needs.

Do yourself a favor, call a different plumber! I would not recommend this company to anyone! Terrible, amateurish quality of work and just out for money! I would give zero stars, if possible.

Don was incredibly helpful and explained everything he was looking for and made me very aware of everything around the situation. My warranty company was not able to get a plumber in time for our emergency and Live Oak went above and beyond to take care of my needs as soon as they possibly could. I will continue to work with this company on any of my plumbing needs, and would highly suggest them to anyone looking for something in that realm.

Tankless Water Heater - Install
Don was the best service guy I have ever hired he took the time to show and educate me and my wife about all the options and the differance. When he left after the estimate we felt smarter and more prepared to make the best decision. Everytime he should up he made everyone feel relaxed and happy he's a super fun guy. Never once did he pressure us to do anything and his prices for the value are amazing. My favorite thing is how clean and punctual he is like a considerate surgeon he went above and beyond with great care made a beautiful install that I show and brag about to all of my friends I will recommend live oak plumbing to anyone that wants or needs plumbing. And I saved live oak plumbing under dons name in my contacts.
