"Fraudster, beware. Left me back yard dug up, took my deposit, then told me to F off when I asked for a refund after he no showed me for a week straight. I wanted to move my pool equipment to open up my side yard is what the job is… He sold me a sales pitch that I liked, saying he would “be there every day”, and “trust me, I got this” etc. He rented a trencher and it sat in my driveway for 3 days racking up rental charges of $400+ per day that we used my CC for to rent. He said, “just take it off my final bill, I ain’t worried about that”. His crew ran it out of gas and he said “why didn’t the rental ppl come pick it up?” My reply was that he must have never rented a trencher before because the person who rents always has to return it, duh! About 15 excuses later, I texted him and asked him if he was at my house. He replied, “yeah, with your mom”. That wasn’t even the worst part. Not only does he smoke about 2 puffs off a black and mild cigar then litter them from the driveway to the side, to the back of the house. When he was trenching the back yard, he broke 3 corners off the small slab that my 2 A/C units sit on, which I find reckless. Shane at Beast Mode Plumbing refuses to return any of my 1/2 upfront deposit, the $1200 in trencher rental, and whatever it’ll cost me to fix those slabs."
