EPSCO Interantional

The rep/owner actually came to our home in response to our after-hours plea for help. My son and I had attempted to fix a broken shut-off valve in the wall behind our leaky refrigerator, and broke the valve and were unable to turn the water back on to the entire house without that broken valve leaking. The plumber arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call to him this evening, and within another 30 minutes had made the repair, cleaned up after himself, and wrote up the invoice. His pricing was below what others had quoted me to do the repair the next business day!  I'm VERY pleased and would highly recommend this plumber for his pricing, knowledge, experience, and ability to do a job quickly and well. A great end to an otherwise not-great day! W

I came home on a Friday night to water running down the street. A water company employee came out to assess the situation and promptly informed me that the break was on my side and up to me to have fixed. He helped me to dig down to find the leak so I would know what to tell the plumber. The water man turned off the water - we found the leak. I called EPS Co Friday night and he said he would be there by 9am on Saturday. He arrived, looked over the situation, dug out a larger hole so he could get the saw in to cut the pipe. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. It did not take long at all. Once the new pipe was fitted and glued in, the dirt all went back into the hole. I was pleased with the service. He asked where I got his name - He did not know he was on Angie's List.

I called Ken around noon. He told he will come around 4:00 pm. The girl from his company then called my wife around 2:30 for directions. That girl said she did not have a computer. Nobody came or called at 4:00. At 4:30 we called them asking when they come. Ken said he will come 6:30 pm I asked Ken to come earlier, he told me he promised to come after 4:00 not around. Finally he came at 6:40 pm. He said it took him an hour and half to come from downtown. This is strange: EPS address is 12 miles from us and not in downtown. Ken never apologized for the delay and said we live too far. Again it is 12 miles from their address, which is close by Houston standards. He finally cleaned the drain. It took about 20 min and he charged $125. I think it is too much considering we had to wait and I had to come twice from my office, which is 10 miles from my home. He did not explained why the clog happened. There was only one small piece of root and paper found.

We are a repeat customer. Called for appointment on Tuesday and made the service call on Wednesday. Again, prompt, courteous and professional.

I called Ken @ around noon. He said he would be there at 3:00pm and he was. He snaked the pipe and was ready to leave in 30 minutes. Great work and a GREAT price for a emergency call on a Sunday.

I was pleased he came over within 2 hours of me calling. This was after a different company stood me up. I had a leak on the floor, in the 2 rooms on either side of my bathroom. I thought I had a ruptured main water line. Luckily it was it was only a leaking gasket. The job only took 1 hour.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME. HE WAS VERY POLITE. HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
