"The job went well during all phases, from the initial home visit with work estimate to the final installation of the new equipment. The owner is a great listener and did her best to understand the home owner's situation, provided good feedback, recommendations, and showed strong knowledge in HVAC system installation. The field estimate crew was also very knowledgeable. Though the initial price seemed a bit high, the owner was willing to work on it, and ultimately secured the work. The equipment was installed per the scope of work developed, on the date it was scheduled, and within budget. Also, the property was left clean after completion of the work. "They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."
