Dennis did whatever he could to make us happy, efficient, fast delivery of vinyl flooring on their end that was needed for my floor so that they could come install the vinyl and remove the carpet. Kept in contact to make sure everything was going according to plan and no confusion. What he says is what he does. Very knowledgeable and much experience. Once he came into the bedrooms and master closet to measure, he knew off the top of his head the estimates needed and found the exact flooring in the blink of an eye. "The project ended up being disappointing. My sales person didn't realize that my existing tile might now match up with the new flooring. The solution was to put wooden transitions in that were to high and made the house look broken up. I ended up spending more money to have tile in my kitchen, breakfast nook and hall torn out to eliminate most of the transitions which caused the grout lines not to match up. They came up with a solution, but it's not right and could have been avoided had my sales person not made the initial mistake. I felt like I had to carry the financial burden for his mistake and I'm not at all happy about it."

"Had a small water drip from a loose valve under the sink in the master bath. The water seeped into the concrete and under the solid wood floor in the family room causing the floor to buckle or crown. They removed the damaged area of the floor and replaced it with the same floor. Removed the shoe moulding. Sanded the entire floor so the repaired area and the rest of the floor would match. Applied 2 coats of polyurethane. Replaced the shoe moulding and transition pieces. Overall very good job. Not many companies do floor repair, only floor installation. This company tackled a tough job. The crew worked hard. The wood floor looks great and the damaged area can't be seen; the floor looks uniform throughout, which is what I was really worried about. I would recommend them."
