"After our last mini-split failed in less than a year, I knew I had to find a better AC company, and I found it in Ace Comfort. Abram and team were fast, professional, and affordable. Came out to assess my problems quickly, had a quote within a few hours, and had a complete new system delivered and installed two days later. "They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."
