"They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."

"I contacted them on Thursday and reported my problem.  They told me that their Friday was very busy and they'd try to fit me in, but if not, they could come out on Saturday.  On Friday I received a call from them telling me they had an opening in the morning but unfortunately I was too busy to meet them.  I told them Saturday would be better and they said they'd call me on Saturday to let me know what time.  Saturday morning I received a call and the gentleman told me that he'd be there within an hour.  He showed up as expected and fixed each problem pretty quickly.  I would use them again.!"
