C&EM Technologies was very professional and attentive to my A/C issue. My technician, Juan, communicated when he would be arriving to my house and double checked everything before he left. He also made sure to follow up the next few days to make sure everything was okay and working well. C&EM Technologies installed 3 ac & heater units in an office building in Texas City, and after a gas meter was installed, they needed to reroute a gas line and do some other repairs. They did the work in a timely manner. Excellent quality and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company!

We just moved to Cypress from Utah and didnâ t know a soul. Juan was the first to respond to us, by email and phone! He arrived promptly at the time he told us! He went through everything that was causing the unit to be problematic along with pictures to accompany the sources of the problem. He explained in detail the description of what was wrong. The cost of the repairs was more than fair! He also assessed the future things that could possibly go array 5 plus years down the road. Professional and most helpful. Service rep performed a band-aid for me as a family in hospice in the house without A/C. Will be updating entire system with C&EM Tech shortly. C&EM Technologies was referred to us by our appliance repairman. Juan came to our home on a Sunday evening to discuss our needs. He was knowledgeable. My husband had an understanding of heating/cooling systems so he and Juan were able to discuss and come up with a plan to replace our 20+ year old system. Tuesday morning Juan and his crew arrived at the agreed time to install the heating and cooling units. Juan provided a good, dependable service from installation to providing the spring and fall maintenances. He has been available to answer any questions we might have. My husband considered Juan to be an honorable person doing an honorable job.
