"Thank you for your review. When we book all appointment, we send a confirmation email explaining that the appointment time is a time window of arrival. In addition, we state that we will call at least 30 minutes before arrival to confirm someone is at the location and to notify that the technician is on the way. We attempted to call and got no answer. We left a message to call back and let us know someone would be home. We got no response and no call back. Instead of cancelling your appointment, the technician decided to take a chance that someone would be there and went to your home on the way before going to the next appointment. When he arrived, he rang the door bell, no answer, knocked on the door, no answer. The garage door was open and cars were there and he finally saw someone in the back yard when he was getting read to leave and was able to do the repair. You rated us a "C" on price which I don't quite understand. You knew what work you wanted done and you purchased a $99 voucher for the repair and there was no additional cost at the time of the appointment. So we did the work requested with no additional charges for the Angies List Voucher that you purchased, and you stated yourself that the work looked great. I could certainly understand a "C" rating if you had not purchased a "Big Deal" for a fixed price and specific repairs to be completed but in this case you knew exactly what you wanted to have done and you purchased a deal that cost you exactly what you thought it was when you purchased it. How should that EVER be rated anything but an "A". Just as a side note, we normally have a $125 minimum charge for repair work, so you actually saved $26 over our normal minimum charge. We appreciate your feedback. We communicated with you no less than 5 times in the process, arrived within the appointment time slot, waited at your door for someone to answer and finally saw someone through your fence in order to access your home. If you feel that these additional measures don't add up to an "A" rating, we respect your opinion, however, we disagree."

environment was a concern. Also, because it's a dry system (moist less than an hour) means there won't be "wicking" as in traditional steam cleaning and the re-appearance of spots. Back to the cats..I have 1 long hair cat and have been diligent with keeping up with vacuuming and even purchased a Dyson Animal unit to help with keeping the cat hair problem at a minimum. But YIKES, it was amazing how much hair was pulled from the carpet. The carpet looks new (it was installed about 2 years ago) and that one spot that I had tried multiple times to make disappear is gone.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and professional....and on time. Randy, the owner, was here-what a terrific guy! The communication was great i.e. arranging the appointment, contact confirming the ETA on the day of service. Super job!
"Thank you for the kind review. We are always excited when our customers appreciate the cleaning ability of our dry organic process. It is always amazing to see the amounts of pet hair and debris that is pulled from the carpet. We recently showed a friend in the carpet cleaning business our dry organic method and we cleaned a carpet that he had steam cleaned the day before. We were able to pull 1/2 a kitchen trash bag full of hair and dirt that remained after his previous steam cleaning. We were also able to remove stains that did not come out with the previous steam cleaning. We do have both dry organic and steam cleaning methods available and there are times that steam cleaning is better, but we have found that 90% of our jobs benefit from our dry organic cleaning over traditional steam cleaning AND their carpets are dry within the hour."
