"I wanted to write a review for “Sprinkler Management Dream Yards” because they did an outstanding job on the installation of our new sprinkler system. From the first day I called for an appointment, everyone was so professional. Mark came to look over the project almost immediately and Crystal in the office kept me informed as to when they were coming to do the proposal and when to expect them for actually beginning the job and when it was to be completed. The foreman was equally impressive in making sure all the tubing and parts was put in perfectly and that the lawn did not suffer from unnecessary digging. He made sure that the driveway, walkways, and porch were clean when the job was done. He made sure that I fully understood how to use the remote watering system from my phone app. I told him he was a perfectionist and he said that he is a perfectionist, so he can demand the same from his team. After the job was completed, Mark called again to make sure the sprinkler system was installed to my liking and to ask if I had any questions. I wish all my service contacts were half as great as this team. The price & their service was truly amazing."

"My spouse and I hired General Asphalt to pave our driveway with asphalt. The owner, Mr. Mullins, responded quickly to my phone call and came to meet me. He is a good listener and understood what we wanted -- and that's what he and his crew did. The job was done in a single day. Mr. Mullins didn't just supervise his crew -- he did some of the work himself. The driveway, which had been lined with white rocks of uneven size that made it VERY hard to walk on, looks great. "I was initially very pleased with the completed work. However, within 6 months of work completed, the concrete on the 21 foot-long stone stairs, 2 stone planter beds, and 5 chop stone and concrete rings were all experiencing large cracks and were unstable. Detailed photos of the problems were sent to Eric Gonzalez. A worker was sent out to patch the concrete. Within the following six months, all of patches were broken, flagstone was loose and dangerous on the stairs, and the planters were falling apart. New photos were sent detailing the conditions. The same worker came out and stated they would completely tear down the work and rebuild. Efforts to get the manager and crew out to repair the work have been fruitless and Eric Gonzalez no longer responds to me call or messages."

"I contacted Botanical Designs and Kevin McCormick came to my house within a few days. Kevin listened to what I had to say and gave good recommendations for plants, including keeping some existing ones he thought were nice and should stay. Kevin suggested changing the shape of my small "annual" flower garden to make it more graceful. He suggested adding a tree to shade a very hot, dry area in our front yard. He moved some of my existing plants and balanced the blooming color in the landscape. He picked up on my likes and dislikes, and made some great suggestions for new plants. Within a few days he brought a landscape design and an estimate to the front door. We went over the details and refined the plan. Botanical Designs went right to work and worked through the late June rainstorms. They cut some trees down early so that we could save money by getting our brush on the curb before the city's brush pick-up deadline. When they were finished, they did an excellent job of cleaning up our sidewalk and driveway. Our final estimate was a little higher than our original because we decided on a more expensive river rock and the job took a little more rock than was estimated. I found Botanical Designs to be very honest business people."
