Overall, we are satisfied with the finished product; however, its execution was not flawless and required a significant amount of unexpected oversight to meet our desired expectations. On a more positive note, Eric and his team went above and beyond to address all of our concerns, showcasing a genuine commitment to ensuring the job was thoroughly complete.
