Creative Nightscapes Outdoor Lighting

Excellent. I highly recommend Creative Nightscapes. The suggestions they made for our backyard landscape lighting were exactly what we wanted and we are so pleased with the finished product. George was a delight to work with, he is so knowledgeable and professional.

It was fantastic They created an outdoor oasis for us in both the front and back gardens. We have three large trees and not only did they uplight but they also have this really cool technique called moon lighting where lights are installed high in the trees and shine down through the branches and leaves - a really nice effect.

They replaced and upgraded the timer, moved some fixtures and repaired other. Looks fantastic!

Amazing. Jerry Holbrook was wonderful to work with Their pricing was very competitive. The installation crew was very professional and a pleasure to have at our home. After the install, I was given a call to see how the lights looked on the evening of the first day. Beautiful! They also came back and tweaked a couple of areas. I am extremely pleased with this company and will contact them when we decide to do our back yard.

House looks fantastic! My house sits at the end of a dark cul de sac. For years I have used Malibu lights to light my house with mixed results. I finally made the jump to a professional company at creative lights and so glad I did. My house finally looks the way I always dreamed it would. I highly, highly recommend this company. Contacted George to obtain a quote for lighting our yard. He was very professional, always arrived promptly and fully explained the fixtures he would use, the warranty and process. He was by far the most thorough in covering everything to be done and also went out of his way to take care of some other issues we needed done on the property at no additional charge. He comes out the evening the work is done to go over the results with you when it's dark out, which means a late night for him and makes any necessary adjustments and after you are "delighted" (his words) that is when you pay him, nothing required up front, which to me also indicated a trustworthy contractor. Highly recommend and will use him again if needed.

We live in a modern style house with a concrete driveway taking up most of the front yard. Finding lighting options that fit well with our setup was challenging. George had great ideas about how to position the lights proposed and we were impressed with the vision that he helped design. Stephen and the installation crew did a wonderful job implementing that framework and the lights look incredible. The down-lighting really was the differentiator from other options we explored. The lights positioned on the concrete shining up at the house look like they were part of the house from the beginning. Absolutely terrific planning and execution - we couldn't be happier with our choice and how it all went.

Amazing!! George was a great consultant. The installation team was unbelievably quick and professional. And then the follow up visit as night started to fall to make sure it looked good. Everything went so well and we still marvel at it almost one year later.

Absolutely incredible! I can't explain how happy I am with the ease of the experience and the final result. The moment George said it would have a resort like view, I knew he knew exactly what I wanted and was so excited. We had quite a few night dinners for guests to show off the results. :)

I was referred to Creative Nightscapes by a close friend of mine and I'm so pleased with the end result. I have very high expectations when selecting a company to do business with. I do my research and read the reviews. There is a reason why this company has so many positive reviews. From my first conversation with Patrick to working with Danny and his install team, everything exceeded my expectations. It's very important to me that when a company says they are going to do something that they follow through with their commitment. This is exactly how this business is ran. From my initial meeting I had with Patrick, to when I was promised the quote, to when I was told the installers would show up, everything happened just as I was promised. On the day of my install I was pleased to see a professional looking van along with a crew of installers dressed in company uniforms. Patrick was there to do a full walk through with the installation team so everyone was on the same page. I was explained in detail exactly what they would be doing and an approximate timeline it would take to finish the work. It was obvious from my first conversation with Danny and his install team that they are passionate about what they do. My project was completed on time, on budget, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Creative Nightscapes for your next lighting project and now they have a customer for life!

I had reached out to creative to get a quote and it was difficult getting Jerry to schedule out. Ultimately never head back and gave up. They don't have anything out of the ordinary from a product like clarolux and kichler brands. Getting an itemized quote was going to be an issue as well. I am not that disappointed since I was able to find a great company with a fantastic product. They worked with me on everything I asked for and stated here. I had a decent budget for this since I am familiar with landscaping lighting and different brands. I would recommend to the average buyer make sure you know what you are getting and the quote is broken out. Make sure the well lights, up lights, down lights and wash lights, so on are priced out per light so you know the labor/material cost. The transformer should be priced out and know how much it supports from a load aspect for current and future load. Most of these companies will do a "one line price" which will gives you no insight to what you are getting now or future. Lastly get the warranty on the fixtures and bulbs when comparing companies. Quality products will have a 5+ year warranty with bulbs included which in turn you do not need a maintenance contract which will get expensive over time. The other option is ask what type of bulbs are used and price them out on the internet to see if you can buy them your self, as well as knowing the price of the bulbs. Hope this helps and good luck. Update I can tell you nothing is cookie cutter with what I had and every job should be custom. There should be no issue supplying a line item price on the quote for any job regardless what it is. It is like buying a car, building a pool, or doing landscaping you want to know what each item cost. I would get the model of kichler and compare online since they are a big supplier/company. You will find most local and online companies use them more than you think. This company has a large selection, so you need to know what you are getting. Regardless of the lighting company know what you are getting when it comes to the product, price and warranty. At worst have the company combine the material and labor cost into each light, but at least you know what the light, transformer and if extra costs are involved will run. This way you can compare each company side by side. This allows you to make a very informative decision with out questions or hidden costs. Hope this helps my fellow buyers.

It was incredible. They arrived with a team at 8 am and was done by 4. The crew was delightful and professional. The work was flawless. Suggestions were made for 6 year warranty LED lights. We were so impressed with the testimonies and the before and after photos we made the decision on the spot. All the neighbors came over that night and toasted our new exterior. We are having Jerry out next week to add additional lights in the extended yard. This company comes highly recommened by our family.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Patrick Cheatham is VERY knowledgable, professional & personable. From the moment he arrived at our home we never felt rushed nor pressured to make a decision. He was happy to answer any of our questions or concerns. The men who actually did the install of the lights???..you just couldn't ask for harder working, professional, nicer men. Clean up, well, other than the beautiful lights we now have, you would never know they had been there. Our home is absolutely beautiful & stunning thanks to Creative Nightscapes. Creative Nightscapes was fantastic! We started out by having them install lights in the front yard. The crew was on time, did exactly what we were told and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the installation. We were so pleased with the look and quality of work that we had them install lights around the entire property. Jerry met with us, asked what we were trying to accomplish, and came up with a design plan. We have several large trees and wanted to highlight their beauty. The finished look is beautiful. We had two other companies bid on this project. The biggest difference between them was that Jerry didn't try to get us to buy extra lights that weren't needed. We would recommend Creative Nightscapes to anyone.

Patrick and his crew were so responsive to all our questions. Patrick's design was everything we hoped it would be and his crew brought it to life. Patrick on his own even included an extra light not included in the original proposal at no additional cost. Patrick came out in the evening after the job was completed to ensure that everything was as promised and was to our liking. After a week, we asked if a small modification could be made and Patrick had his crew back out immediately. It was a pleasure to work with a professional that takes such pride in their work and that wants the customer to be happy with the results. And, we are!

They were responsive and listened to me. Part of their responsiveness was that they made adjustments to the design based off of our conversations. They followed through with what they said they would do. I have no criticism. Their price was fine.

I looked around for someone to do soft pool lighting and the front of the house for quite a while. When Patrick came out, he was very professional, did great work, and I would highly recommend him. I couldn't be more pleased -- it was exactly what I wanted! Considering the detailed work they did, I would even say the price was reasonable. They're also great at helping you refine what you're looking for if you're not exactly sure.

Extremely professional!! Came when they said they would, wore uniforms, went out of their way to understand what I wanted and make it turn out perfect! The work crew couldn't be more service oriented. They take pride in their work and craft, and it shows. Will call them again when we are ready to do more outdoor lighting!
