The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. "They did an outstanding job!! I am thrilled with my new deck. Mine had rotted and had developed a pronounced slope, and needed to be replaced down to the joists. They rebuilt the entire deck, and it looks incredible! Brand new and beautiful. Very high quality workmanship on a rather complex project. The deck is three levels, with a small walking ramp, steps the length of the deck and a custom cutout for a water feature. They did outstanding work. The service is also outstanding. They did exterior painting of my entire house, then about six months later, did downstairs interior painting as well I could not be happier with the quality of their work. Andrey coordinates the jobs, the guys typically do not speak a lot of English, but that is not a big deal, because they are top notch, and really are perfectionists, they work hard to make the job perfect. Mark did the outside painting along with a partner whose name I do not recall. They wanted it to be perfect. Then Slavic and a partner did the inside work. Any problems or questions, Andrey and Mark, their foreman, was always available by email phone and text. Their prices are very reasonable, they do exceptional work, and are just nice guys to work with. "Mr. Lopez's crew did an excellent job. We have received numerous compliments on their work. The job took six full days and the crew was punctual and worked till dark each day, making the most of the short winter days. Oscar, the foreman, and William were hardworking, pleasant and professional. Painting is a messy job and they cleaned up thoroughly on the last day. I did have to initiate contact a few times to determine whether the crew would be working on days with borderline weather conditions, but had no trouble reaching Mr. Lopez. All in all a positive experience."
