It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Quoted me a fair price over phone. Hansel answered all my questions. They arrived on time and installed my system without any issues. They are very professional and left no foot print what so ever. This three men crew were very courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend them without a doubt.

Hansel rewired and repaired a big mess left by another company. Everything is working perfect now. He takes his time and does the job right. After dealing with 3 other companies finally I found someone that knows what he is doing. He is honest. He did not rip me off like the other companies that made the mess. I highly recommend Hansel.

Hansel came out to talk about what we wanted and where to install. He is very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. A few days later he came out to perform the installation. He showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. No wires showing anywhere, and got the cameras positioned and focused exactly as we wanted them. He does the work personally and does not use subcontractors. The video from these cameras is amazing. We plan to have Hansel install a camera system at my son's house soon. Highly recommended!

Hansel was very responsive to my inquiries about his company's services. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment that suited my schedule. He was prompt, courteous and very patient with me as we went through the process of installation of the doorbell and setting up the app on my iphone. I highly recommend.

Excellent service. They helped me decide where to place 8 cameras around the outside of house. Daniel had to install wires in our hot attic. That was quite a job. He was very friendly and professional. Hansel and Daniel together set up the cameras to our iPhones and home computer. My husband was pleased that all the wires are inside the walls. He was happy with the work and what they charged. We expected to pay a lot more. The next day my husband wanted to move one camera from the front of house to the front porch. Hansel responded within 2 hours and was at our house the next day to move the camera. Their service is amazing. I plan on sharing their name on our neighborhood website. Both men were very accommodating to our needs.

These guys are very professional and their customer service is excellent. Hansel is always available to answer calls. They worked till 9 PM on a Friday to complete the installation - this tells a lot about their commitment to their customer.

With a growing number of break-ins in the local community, I wanted to add some security for my home and family, both as a way to record any would-be robbers as well as to be seen as a deterrent. I did some research, including asking for referrals on Nextdoor for my local area, and one name came up multiple times.... Hansel, Dr. Computer Service. I had 2 vendors actually come out and quote for 4 cameras and a recorder, wired, high definition color, strategically placed AND purchase and installation of Ring Pro for my front door.
