He pointed out additional areas that needed fixing. We requested treated wood be used for repairs and a high quality paint with mildecide be used. Louis computed an estimate while we were standing there. The estimate was a bit higher than expected, but not totally out of line with what we expected. As the company was well recommended by Angie's List, we agreed to have them perform the work. We had to wait several weeks to get started as Lopez had a prior job to finish, and then we had house guests in. Finally, rainy weather in Houston prevented Lopez from starting on the targeted day. On the first decent weather day the painters arrived and efficiently began work. They took few breaks and completed all the work in two days. This is a 2700 sq ft, one story house with brick veneer and wooden trim. The garage is sided with wood."
