We complete a wide range of projects, from a simple ceiling fan repair to a full electrical install on a custom home. We value customer service, professionalism and integrity. "Showed up and spent about 90 minutes looking at the TV (which was already mounted to the wall) and talking to my husband. Said he needed a part and he had to go to Bulverde, Tx for the Home Depot (about 45 minutes away) because getting the part from the hardware store in town might be a liability. He never came back. He called a few hours later and said he had to go to San Antonio, Tx for the part. The company then tried to bill me over $600. When I protested they dropped the bill to just under $400. I have called and left messages but they will not call me back but I am getting multiple emails and text messages asking me to pay them."

After couple weeks, emailed to follow up, he responded to touch base. I did not get his message for a few days and explained we have bad internet out here and please call or text so we don't have a delay. No response. Waited few more days and emailed him again asking to let me know if he wasn't going to honor the deal. No response. Almost 2 months later and never bothered to respond. Deals are no good if you can't actually claim them."
