We had a bit of a problem initially contacting Travis.  But after we did connect, he was very prompt in getting to our home during the busy Christmas season, assessing the situation and getting a crew of two men out to do the work.  They did a great job of making the connections and left our home spotless after all the drilling, cutting and plating that was necessary to accomplish our goal.  We would definitely call them back to do more work for us in the future.

Kyren, Nate and their team did an outstanding job with the install.  These guys were right on time and very helpful in answering any questions I had during the set up.  They walked me through what they were going to do and did not rush through the project.  The in wall speaker system they installed looked fantastic and the mounting and set up of all components on our three flat screens throughout the house was outstanding.
These guys are total professionals and I had used other companies like the Geek Squad in the past, but you really need to use these guys for your next AV install.  I will be calling them again on any future projects!

Kyren and his team as well as Nate did a great job getting everything installed and working to my satisfaction. They were professional and experts in what they do. I appreciate the follow up and Kyren even walked me through a situation I had at 10PM on a Friday night that required some troubleshooting. Everything sounds and looks great and I will call them again in the future for anything I may need. Highly recommended!!

Contacted AV Connect for a fairly quick (turn around) job. Our need was to have the job completed within 2 weeks. Travis was immediately responsive and was able to come out to review the job and our expectations. Post consultation, Travis sent a quote with all the agreed to items. We dialogued back and forth a couple of times on adjustments (which supplies we would purchase versus those AV connect would supply and to confirm specs) before agreeing to exactly what would be done. The whole process was fairly straight forward as Travis kept us informed and was open to using our hardware as well.
Install day was 8 days after our first contact, so Travis was able to work inside our schedule (much appreciated). Nathan, Kyren, and George were our installers. All three were very thorough and professional. They arrived punctually and took a divide and conquer approach. Nathan handled the media and bedroom installations, George managed the patio and rear speakers, and Kyren took care of the family room/command center. All three knew what they were doing and kept us informed throughout the process. With us being there during the full install, we were able to resolve issues/questions in realtime, allowing for a more complete job.  All in all, the job was excellent. Though the guys each had their own individual areas to manage, it was obvious they were a team as they discussed and resolved issues and were helpful whenever another needed a hand or advice.
The installs were perfect. All TV's were level and hung at the proper height (the guys made sure to triple check with us on each install location before starting), there were no unsightly cables, plus they hooked up and verified all components at each location. That last part is the clincher, as most of the component hookups had nothing to do with the job they were doing so, the fact they were thorough enough to make sure all was working and located properly was a pleasant surprise. Finally, the command/RF installation and programming, allowing for a single universal remote to control the components, tv's and camera from inside or outside, was expertly done. NOTE: The install went on for a while (there was a lot of work). At no point did it appear the guys were in a hurry or rush to leave. There were no corners cut. It became very clear that they were going to complete the job to our satisfaction, no matter what it took (or how long it took). Excellent Customer Service!
There are zero complaints and we'd definitely recommend AV Connect to anyone seeking a clean top notch professional AV installation.

We are pleased to recommend AV Connect. Although we had some miscommunication, I fault myself in part for not thoroughly reading the estimate and what it included. This created a little sticker shock for me, but ultimately I don't think it was priced badly or unfairly. They are very busy, but twice the reason to make sure everyone is one the same page so when they come everything can be done at one time. All the employees are very pleasant, seem to know what they are doing, and seem to enjoy it as well.

They were extremely polite and wonderful.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  I am a senior citizen and I knew nothing about this and they explained everything and price was discussed before any work was done.  They are very prompt.

Would absolutely use these guys again.  Travis was always quick to respond and they were readily available to get me on the calendar quickly.  A crew of 2 guys came over and were in and out in less than an hour and a half and everthing looks great.  Once they were done they even brought a vaccuum in to clean up the mess from the sheetrock.
Very pleased with the work and would recommend them for any TV installation.

Believe ours was a very small job compared to what A/V generally do. Travis, the owner, actually called us to move our appointment date up since he'd had a cancellation, which was great for us since we were anxious to get our TV and audio system functioning again after two weeks in our new home. 
Ours was a simple install for these guys, just connection of all of our components but an attempt by an earlier a/v company had failed leading to our call to Travis.
Nate was our technician. He called the morning of the install to check if he would need any additional cabling to complete the installation. Following our conversation he stopped to pick up some additional items to ensure he could do the hook up in a single trip. When he knew he was going to be late he called to let us know. Think a lot of contractors forget how important this is, to let the client know if they are going to be late instead of leaving you hanging.
Nate arrived at the time he said he would. He was professional and courteous. He was obviously very experienced at what he does. He moved through the whole process quickly, made sure everything was functioning properly and most importantly was patient with us as he reviewed the operation of the system. He even called our TV service provider to make the wireless connection. Something the installer probably should have done when he was here.
Would certainly have no hesitation in recommending A/V Connect to anyone needing this type of service.

They came in and got right to work.  Found the studs quickly and in less than 20 minutes had the 50 inch plasma tv mounted exactly where I wanted it.  Then they ran about 200 feet of speaker wire through the attic into the four corners of the room for surround sound.
Very thorough and professional.   They also cleaned up their mess and were done before I expected them to complete the job.  I would definitely use AV Connect again and have already referred them to one of my friends.

The job went perfect.  Staff was punctual, curteous, knowledgeable and efficient with their work..they even left a "cheat sheet" to help in the future.  The system works perfectly and all wiring is now appropriately hidden, where before it was a complete mess.

Travis was my point of contact and he was quite responsive.  He came out when he said he would, did a thorough review of what I was looking to do with the media equipment.  He even discussed options and the whys/wherefores as between the options.  He was forthright regarding costs and the possibility that the install pros might have to cut-through sheetrock due to the limited access afforded in my attic.  Travis then let me know in short order as to when they could come out to do the install--which was the very next week!
Kyren and Greg did the install.  They went about everything in a truly professional manner and did a great job.  And they managed to route the wiring through the attic so there's no sheet rock patchwork left to be done.  They took into account the configuration of the furniture in our media room and adjusted everything to mazimize the surround effects.  When they left you could never tell they'd even been in the house--other than the fact that I now have mounted surround speakers for our home theater. 
I highly recommend AVC.  In a word, they are great.

The master bedroom has one wall outlet for our TV signal connection and if we rearrange room we need to have connection moved. Travis Jordan did a survey of what would be the best way to do this for the price, and he was very professional and truthful. The quote is approximately $500 to move connection and to add a sound bar and hide all the wiring.
If we decide to not sell the house I'd certainly have AC Connect do the work.

It went very well and looks terrific.  The installer was a few minutes late (only about 20 minutes) and called to let me know about this.  He was pleasant, explained what he was doing and how long it would take, and cleaned up the work area well when he was finished.  I generally liked this group not only because they do their job well but they communicated well.

Travis was responsive from my very first call to get services.  He provided estimates via email quickly after coming by to my house to assess my needs.  He was able to move up the install schedule (to my delight) and had two gentlemen arrive first thing in the morning on the install date.  Both gentlemen worked hard and completed the work despite running into some unforseen obstacles around dropping wiring down to the first floor.  They checked with me for alternatives, asked permission, and completed the work.  After the installation, I did experience some issues around compatibility of my existing equipment (not their doing) and they were responsive to come back out and work the issues ultimately helping me understand some features of my own equipment that I did not understand prior to the install.  They also demonstrated a very nice wireless remote solution (to consolidate remote controls) that was very appealing.

We used an Angie's list coupon with AV Connect.   Travis promptly contacted me the next day, and arranged a time to come out and look at the situation.  He came and did quite a bit of testing at this initial site visit, since it was an unusual situation.  We scheduled a time for about a week later for the actual correction.  Travis and his assistant arrived promptly.  They had tons of testing equipment with them, and worked quickly and professionally as a team to determine the wiring situation.   They then explained several options to us, and implemented the fix quickly.  They terminated one end of the cable and also did the extra work of removing a splitter that had been improperly installed.  They cleaned up all the debris and were done in less than an hour.  I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Travis and AV Connect LLC.  If we have any work in the future I certainly will be calling them.

Prior to the install Travis Jordan visited our house to determine exactly how we wanted the TV mounted and what type of equipment would be needed.
On the day of installation two AV Connect employees arrived at the appointed time ready to work.
Our wood floors in the living room were covered with drop cloths to avoid scratches and dirt.
It was obvious that these employees had worked as a team for some time.  One of the employees readied the TV to be mounted on the wall while the other employee began measuring and preparing the wall.  These tasks were quickly accomplished.  Holes were cut out
to allow the electric and audio/video cables to be hidden in the wall.  After the TV was mounted the crew tested all of the equipment to ensure that it was operating properly.  They then cleaned the work area and departed.
We are very happy with the quality of work that was done by the AV Connect employees:  Greg and Kyren.

After an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy and the Geek Squad, i turned to AV Connect and am so happy I did. I was very happy with my service from the estimation process through project completion. When Travis came out for our consultation he really seemed to understand what we were looking for. We had a somewhat tricky attic situation with some tight spaces but he didn't even blink at the challenge and just said it would be "another day in the life". The estimate he gave me had a couple of options to consider and stayed within my budget. The installation went well and our home theater is exactly what we wanted. The team that did the install worked hard and explained how to use everything. Overall, I would definitely recommend AV Connect and will never go back to using Best Buy.
