He did not come on first appointment. Contacted us and came another day. Very polite and knowledgeable. Brought an antenna in case we wanted it installed that day. Was able to get s channels as promised. Installed antenna but used a makeshift fix for attaching to our existing bracket. He told us he would come back if we had a problem with it. I have no reason to think that he will not do as he said. I would give him 5 stars if he had come back and put the correct fitting on. His knowledge was appreciated bery much.

I should have watched the **pro** the entire time he was here. He literally stuck a 1.5 inch extension into a 2.5 inch base and secured it with electrical tape. He expected to keep an antenna mounted on a roof in central Texas high winds with electrical tape. He did not ground the antenna (even though he literally had the wire to do it). He just wrapped up the ground wire and left it. It was fairly dark by the time he finished. I should have gotten a flashlight, gone up, and looked. I even tipped the guy. The next day I got a good look at the half-a***d work he had done and wound up climbing up on the roof and redoing everything myself. Do not waste your money and time here.
