0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are master manipulators and have no sympathy for their customers or the community. They do not list their prices online. Prices are based on an "estimate" but it's a flat rate price. I only needed a box spring removed and they asked for $189 dollars. Earlier that day on the phone, I was told the service should cost $25 dollars, this is why I continued with the appointment. I told the team that there's been a misunderstanding and they did nothing. I reached out to management which lead to a phone call from Keith. He said there's nothing they can do about the miscommunication. He was not understanding to my situation. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. I know junk removal is hard but this place is a complete scam.

It went very well Kevin and Jonah are amazing workers. Very helpful and friendly everything wad hauled away in a timely manner. There was alot of heavy lifting they moved the old junk out with such ease I will definitely be using their services again.

Pros: - Same-day appointment available - They donate most items to charity Cons: - Outrageously expensive!!! Asked for $1300 and settled at $1066. 2 man moved everything in 3 hours: $350/hour. - We later got a quote of $300 from another company, so regretful that we didn’t wait but paid $1066 to 1-800 Got Junk! - Small truck. Took 2 trips back and forth. Many other companies can fit all furniture in one go. Attached are all items they removed:2 beds, 4 chest of drawers, 1 sofa set and 1 dining set

After our house flooded, we had a lot of debris in our front yard that was blocking the driveway where we had a flooded car that needing to be picked up so we used this company to clear away the debris blocking the driveway and however much they could take to fill 1 truck. Service was fine, just seemed expensive for the small truck they had.

Good, had some scheduling issues given the amount that needed to be removed but the crews were great once there and were hardworking and very courteous

Two sharp guys showed up late on Sunday.  One of them a veteran...pretty sure that from Iraq.  They followed me through the house and after I pointed to all the items I needed removed they got to work.  All of it was done as I would have expected but I was surprised at how polite they were.  Anyway, use them as they were top notch.

I recently purchased a home and the previous owner had left lots of junk in the detached garage. The items were also wet from previous rains (not flooding). The junk was a collection of garage items, carpet, lumber, and concrete patch. At first I was going to wait until the City of Houston heavy trash to dispose the junk, but I realized that I had too much stuff, and it would be too difficult to haul the junk to the curb by myself. I called 1-800-JUNK and was surprised that I could get a haul-away scheduled within 2 hours! I received 2 more callback from the local Houston office (the first call went to a national call center, I think), to confirm the pick up time.
The truck arrived with two strong guys. They estimated the volume to be 1/4 of a trunk.  I said, "go for it." In less than 10 minutes, everything was put away in the trunk. I paid with credit card and received a receipt immediately in my email.
The entire was SO easy. The customer service was fantastic and I felt comfortable that the guys knew what they were doing. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I bought the service from Angie's list on one of the deals. Got $198 for $98. I did get an email conformation, last month, but didn't contact them until today. When I called and said I had a coupon from Angie's list, the guy on the phone said someone could come over that very day between noon and two, the time I called was at 1145. I said it would be fine.
The guys called me right back and were over by about 1245.
They removed an entertainment center, some building material, lamps old screens few other things from garage and a small concrete fountain from my back yard. The guys were courteous and worked quickly. They answered all my questions. I will use them again when I get more organized and have more to get rid of. I entire cost was covered with the Angie deal.

I am a senior citizen with poor eyesight. I contacted this company to remove carpet. It took them about ten minutes. The charge was $96.00 with a coupon. I signed a small hand held device for my credit card. I couldn't see what I was signing relying on the crew. I got no receipt. When I received my master card bill it was $196.00. I contested the charge and received a copy of what I had signed. It was my signature with a $100.00 tip. I was flabbergasted. I contacted 1-800 got junk. They were quite nice and said they would resolve this shortly. They did not. I phoned and left several messages. No response. It's clear they are going to do nothing. I have been cheated out of $100.00. That money could have been used for charity. Sadly, it will not. Buyer beware.
