Brice is a Texan who is both a licensed Master driller & Master pump installer. He has over 20 years experience in the industry, specializing in water well drilling & pump services. Brice services central Texas and Hill County. Give Brice a call today!

"In the middle of August (106 deg.) when everyone was having busted water pipes… Texan Water came out and did a SUPERB job of getting the gushing water flow stopped. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. I highly recommend the professional services of Texan Water to anyone needing professional plumbing done."

Ryberg Plumbing offers convenient and affordable solutions for your plumbing needs. We employ an experienced team of qualified professionals who work hard to provide quality, professional service. We are Waco's most reliable plumbing contractor! ***ENGLISH & SE HABLA ESPANOL***

"It turns out that the new Smalley homes do not have the in/out of the manifold for the water in a place where you can get to it easily. They had to remove the hot water heater, cut out a place to get to the manifold, remove foam insulation, hook up the pipes to the system, re-foam the manifold, put back the drywall, reinstall the hot water heater, and get the system up and running. The two gentlemen, Dan and Dax, were as nice as anyone would want. Polite, intelligent, and efficient. Dan figured out how to get it installed without my having to pay for a drywall person and painter to fix up the wall. I'm super happy and super impressed with their work and perseverance to get the job finished in one day. They were here for about six hours. Thanks!!"

"Called Mr. White because my rental property had a leak under the kitchen sink and a tub faucet leak. He contacted my tenants on a Thursday and made an appointment to come by and view the issues. White Plumbing scheduled with my tenants to make the repairs the following Monday and they never showed up and never called myself or my tenant. Finally after some messaging on Tuesday morning Mr. White informed me that Tuesday was a better day for him, if he know that he should have let the tenant or myself know so that he did not have to take off work on Monday waiting for nothing. Mr. White's texted me an estimate of $275.00 with no explanation of what work is to be done, so I asked for a work order/invoice or something. Later that day Mr. White's son called me and tells me that the charge has changed and that it is going to be $375 and that his daddy did not know what he was talking about and that he would talk to him about the quote he gave me. I explained to his son that I was not going to pay any more than what was quoted. My tenants called Wednesday morning to let me know that the kitchen sink was still leaking. I contacted White Plumbing they fixed it again, my tenants called me on Thursday morning to let me know that the leak under the kitchen sink is still there. I spoke with Mr. White's son and he explains to me that he is going to have to buy a faucet and that it is going to cost about $89 dollars, and that i needed to pay $375 to complete the job and I told him again that was not going to pay any more because I think that I was paying too much for such a simple issue. He again tried to explain to me that his father (the master plumber and owner of the business) did not know what he was talking about, so we argued a little more, which I think was extremely unprofessional on his part. Friday arrives and I texted Mr. White to let him know that I am going to have to hire someone else to fix my plumbing issues because he did not inform me, nor did the tenant inform me that the repairs were complete and I received a call right away which was unusual because, when I was trying to get something written on the work procedures or when they were going to show up for the job he was not so quick to act. They also used, used piping to make the repairs under the sink. Just a bad job all the way around. I will never use them again. They are the worst plumbing company I have done business with in all of my 57 years. I do not live in Waco so finding people to do work is difficult. I wish I had taken a picture of the piping they used because I would upload a picture."

"I am remodeling my live in girlfriends bathroom, I asked her to call out a plumber because mine would not go all the way to Copperas Cove, she called Mr. Rooter, they sent out a kind and knowledgeable young man named Darren on 11 August 2020. He replaced my girlfriends shower valve. The work was done fast and efficient... I thought it was expensive $851.40 for about an hours worth of work (Of which 25 was spent by Darren running to get the necessary part from a supply store) The next day 12 August 20 my local plumber arrived to our other home located in Temple TX. Same exact service, replace shower valve, only difference was this homes plumbing pipes are of galvanized steel, and the other copper. My Plumber, Gary's Plumbing of Temple charged me $185.00 for 2 full hours of work. I called Mr. Rooter and talked to the operations supervisor to complain about the huge Profit difference between my plumber, and my girlfriends work done with Mr. Rooter. I stated the only differences in services rendered were the type of piping added (Pex crimp and cut, vs copper welded and sweat beaded) and the fact one customer was a female who was charged $851.40? And I being a male was charged $185.00? That sent her off in a tirade about how my girlfriend agreed to the price before hand, and her company was an all female owned company, I was a chauvinist, and they have a higher overhead than smaller plumbing outfits and yadda, yadda whatever. Take it from Mr. Rooters operations supervisors own words... "Individual plumbers can charge less because they don't have the overhead and expenses we do"... I know the difference in making a little extra profit vs Legal robbery and extorting my German girlfriends home repairs. I have photos of each valve job for comparison by anyone. We will not be calling them anymore"

Residential and business water treatment systems. Water softeners, UV lights. We will analyze your water for contaminants such as chlorine, low pH, iron, bacteria, and devise a system to suit your needs. Treat your water from the source, as it enters your home, so whether you are drinking it, cooking with it or bathing in it, your water is pure.

"The process was quick and easy. I just provided a water sample. It was determined that I had high levels of chlorine in our drinking water. I was able to solve my water problems with only one filter. Why did I wait years to have this done? Now I can be confident that our water is safe. Highly recommended."

Wells and Pumps questions, answered by experts

The precharged pressure tank should start at around 28 psi. The two pressure settings of note are the cut-in and cut-out pressure. The well pump starts when the tank reaches the minimum cut-in pressure. It turns off when the tank reaches the maximum cut-out pressure. The desired water pressure in the household is usually a few psi above the cut-in number. The difference between the cut-in and cut-out pressure settings should be 20 psi. Typical settings for household applications include 20/40, 30/50, and 40/60.

Well pump repair might be covered by your homeowner’s insurance, but it’s typically not. If the damage results from a major storm in your area, flooding, a fire, or some other natural catastrophe, then you should consider filing a claim for the damage. However, if the issue is the result of an aging well pump, your policy will very likely not cover the repair cost. In either case, you should hire a well pump professional inspect your well pump, and then use that information to decide whether or not you should file a claim.

The disadvantages of having a well include more maintenance, like annual testing and inspections, and high up-front costs to drill a well. Well water is also vulnerable to contamination, which is why keeping up with testing is important if you own a well. When it comes to well water versus city water, well water does offer more independence and is a reliable water source.

Many pros offer rapid response services to restore essential water flow quickly.

Both can deliver clean water to your taps, but well water and city water carry a few differences. City water is delivered and connected through a main water line, and it travels through a network of underground private and public pipes to service various buildings and structures once it’s been treated.

Well water is derived from dug or drilled wells that source groundwater from the water table. City water is often more expensive than well water, but it eliminates the need for you to test and treat your own well water.
