I thought they did good work. It was on time and done right, and it's working. I think it took about six or seven hours, something like that, to complete the work.

The guy was out with 2 hours, he did a fantastic job and was wonderful repair man. He told me the all the details, told me what was wrong and what was needed and also had all the parts and was able to do the job. Its so nice having that type of service and honesty.

We were very pleased with the service we received from this company when they replaced the heating and ac in our family run funeral home.  They were very polite and helpful.  I will call them in the future if I should ever need their expertise again.

The initial installation did not work very well. We chose the system that would work with multi zones, we had 4. It kept shutting off in the middle of the night. They came over to fix it. They made it 2 zones and it made everything okay. We loved the system after that.

Very well. I was impressed with all of the staff and the work they did. The were on time, and work was done when promised.

They did the typical on-the-job banter, but I didn't appreciate listening to them gossip about other coworkers while they weren't in the room.

We have a central air unit. But the prior owners built a 500 square foot room after the home was built. So the current central ac unit we have was not powerful enough. After calling Rabroker they had a top of the line unit I requested installed same week. Keep in mind that I did call them on Monday.
However, my wife and I was concerned about the installation considering our home is only 3 years old. Steve the service worker was naturally happy and very knowledgeable. He was also happy to answer all my questions with a smile. Their employees wore uniforms and have plenty of manpower for any job. If you want a business you can trust for your air conditioning needs who keep the standard of professionalism by what they say and wear, this is the team for you.
I could not be more happy. I can now sit in my studio with cloths on instead of wearing boxers only. Nice and cool! The unit recommended by their service rep was spot on! Just an all around good experience! And if your think I am overdoing this review, your wrong because in my lifetime I have had many bad experiences with contractors. It's just nice to have everything done right, on-time and on budget. We will be using them for our AC service needs from now on.

They were very clean about it and I was very pleased with it.  They were very reasonable.

Refused to come out and repair problems. Hired attorney to correct. Still have problems with sub standard installation. Had to hire another company twice to repair/correct problem. Did not install properly rated wire for electric heater. Wire burnt and flipped breaker. Could have caused dangerous fire. Company operator hung up on me when confronted with issues. Quoted one rate and charged another. This company was a nightmare to deal with!

I love using them. I would recommend their professionalism and their knowledge of what they are doing. I have a contract with them for servicing my system in the spring and in the fall and I pay around $125 for that. I think their price is fair, but I don’t have anything else to compare it to. They are here when they say they are going to be here.

The plumbing service is a new service for them. They are a heating and air conditioning company, but I wouldn’t use their plumbing service again. I have a contract for twice a year service for the air conditioning and heating which is fine and I am satisfied with that. The plumbing service was outrageously expensive and the guy was prolonging the time to stretch the hours because he was charging $130 an hour. I spent about $491 for the plumbing service. It was extremely expensive for what he did. I have to get the faucet situation redone as well because it’s coming up hard or rather soft. He was new and I don’t know if he was just employed by Rabroker or if he was a subcontractor. I didn’t contest the bill or anything and I will tell my friends about that as well. I had called another plumbing service years ago that did the same thing like cleaning the pipes and I spent about $145 for that. The guy from Rabroker had just moved into the area and he was from another place. I think he was trying to make as much money as possible. I felt like he took advantage of me. The washing machine is working and not clogging out. The price was terrible and he didn’t do any major work. So, he didn’t deserve that amount. Some part of it works right now and I would give him the benefit of doubt. His responsiveness was very good. I am pretty sure he knew what he was doing, but I can’t trust him for any professional plumbing service.
