Brian and his team responded immediately to my request and tested the spa system made some repairs and completely cleaned. Will continue to use clean Image pools.

Bryan and his team were honest,fare and hard working. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing as well as any extra problems that came up. Brian's team also let me know when what they thought was going to be a problem turned out to be nothing. Not only would I recommend them, I stopped my other pool service and hired them to take over all my pool maintenance.

VIP pool care is very responsive Professional and they do great work. The pool looks fantastic once they’ve serviced it. I would recommend them to anybody with a pool or hot tub.

They did a great job on my 18ft liner replaced and they are very reasonable with their prices would recommend them!!!!!

"BEWARE" I hired VIP Pool Services to replace my pool motor. They replaced on the 10th and Brian told me he could not turn on pool because of the glue on the PVC connections needed to dry for at least 20 mins. He stated that he set the timer for the pool to come on in about 30 mins. I waited about 4 hrs and then tried to turn on the pool. it just hummed. After notifying Brian ( call / e-mail / text ) for 5 days with no luck hearing from him I hired another service. They had to replace the new pump from Brian because VIP services had burned up the new pump while installing. I Paid Brian $1100. and a $100. tip (idiot), then payed the second company, which did a great job. Ten days now, still waiting for VIP to contact me and make things right, won't hold my breath.

They came out to give me an estimate very quickly and was able to get my pool up and running the very next day. Prices were extremely reasonable and I’m very grateful. I will definitely seek their services for all my pool care needs!!!
