We had quite a few large holes that needed to be dug, and the team returned each to a before dig state, prior to leaving. In the post procedure follow-up foundation survey conducted, our foundation leveling was positioned perfectly to prevent any future issues. "T Rock Roofing STOLE thousands of dollars from me. After my roof was done by this company, no invoice was sent. I spoke with two reps and they both said the quoted amount sent to me prior to service being done was the correct amount. After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."
