Russell was by far the best contractor we have ever used. Had a roof leak with some hail damage. He came by and looked our roof over and gave us a quote. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage. When a man has an impeccable reputation that’s as good as it gets.

Meeting Russel was a huge blessing. We had considerable damage to our property after the Memorial Day ‘24 hail storm. He was inspecting the roof of my neighbor and offered to take a look at mine if interested. I didn’t realize the damage hail could do to a roof. He was here when the insurance adjuster was here to ensure the adjuster saw all the damage. He guided me through the insurance process and was my advocate. Russel has the experience! He is about to replace the siding on my home due to the hail damage, and after that he’ll be replacing our front porch. If you want someone who is honest, reasonably priced, diligent, and more, Russell/JP Allen is your go-to.

Great service. Russell met me and the insurance adjuster at my Mom's home. He has the knowledge and skills needed to calmly negotiate the claim. He and the adjuster came to agreement and a new roof, gutters and window screens were approved. The crew showed up on time and completed the job the same day. Good, honest company. I will definitely use them again.
