Jack's Roofing

Bought a home that had a 4 year old roof from Jack's Roofing. The shingles were blistering and the roof was still under the 5 year labor guarantee. I called Jack's and they came out, were very professional, surveyed the roof and saw that it needing venting. They stood by their work and vented my roof for free, even spray painted the vents to match my roof shingle color. I will be calling them when the house needs a new roof.

The experience was very quick and painless. They had competitive pricing also.

I requested an evaluation on two separate occasions over the last 4-6 weeks. Each time I was told that someone would call to schedule when they were in the area. I have not received a call.

Jack's Roofing completed the same work for us in October 2015.  They inspected our roof and said it was in great condition.  We were charged $75.  Fast forward to May 2016 and we needed a few shingles repaired due to spring storms.  This time they charged us twice as much.  Also, they insisted that we needed a new roof.  I believe that they were trying to make money off of me due to the recent strong storms in North Texas.  I will not be using them again due to their price gouging.

workers arrived a day ahead of schedule and were finished in less than an hour.

He has done work for me before and I would give him real good recommendation.  He has always been fair and honest.  He is real helpful.  If he can’t be here, he sends somebody else.  He was somewhere out of state when I was getting my appraisal done by the insurance company.  It was my idea it would be good if he could be here at the same time just to make sure to get the appraisal done and get the money.  He sent someone in his place, a real good roofer.
