I am pleased to provide a recommendation for Pitts Roofing and Construction of Fort Worth. I have hade 2 roof replacements due to hail and could not be happier with the results. The protection of the landscaping, efficiency of the crews and the gutters installed were better than the originals! Recently Dan Pitts sent over technician to inspect the roof after a storm. I asked him to also finish installing a sheet metal roof on my new shed. Dan said "no charge". Dan Pitts is an award winning member of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas. He is excellent in accommodating any issues or requests.

Did not get a chance to see how they would do because they did not give me a quote for the roof.

A tree fell on the house and punctured the roof deck in several places. I heard an ad for Pitts Roofing while listening to my favorite radio program, so I thought I'd give them a shot at providing an estimate. I gathered several other estimates as well, but I chose Pitts Roofing, not only because they had the best price, but because they were the most professional. They responded the same day I called for an estimate and the sales rep, Jerral, was the ONLY one who actually put up a ladder and got on the roof to see and measure the damage. Installation was flawless. There was no trace the workers were ever there...except for the new roof, which looks great

Overall, very good experience.

We got a total of 4 bids. They had one of the high estimates because they were going to pitch the roof because we have some flat spots in the roof. Part of the roof is flat and does need to be pitched. They were wonderful. They were really knowledgeable and they took a lot of time giving us the estimate. We think they would do a wonderful job. They are one of the top two. They know their business and they were quick.

After entering a need on Service Magic, I received a request to bid from this company and others. I checked their BBB rating and others ratings and requested a bid. They were prompt at our meeting and I had an on line bid later that same afternoon. We set a date for the work to begin, but they had to cancel because of storms in the area. Rescheduled and work began on Aug 8. The crew worked for 12 hours on the 8th and completed the job by noon the following day. Work performed by a no nonsense crew in 100 degree weather. Cleanup was excellent and on three separate occasions a magnet was run over my lawn to pick up nails.
