We are a family-based company that strives to provide quality products and professional services, priding ourselves in keeping customer costs as low as possible. We will only sell a product we believe to be of the best quality for the best price and will not be satisfied until our customer is satisfied. We accept major credit cards and offer discounts, financing, and pre-payment plans. Hours of Operation: Monday Thru Thursday -- 7:30 AM until 7:00 PM. Friday -- by appointment only. Saturday -- Closed. Sunday -- By appointment only. Because each member of our team is trained to install gutter and gutter products, we are often all out of the office. If you call, just leave a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.

"Thank you for your response. It has caused us to implement new policies. We are training our personnel to communicate on a regular basis to keep you appraised of each situation regarding your job. The installer who did not meet your standards no longer works for B&S because he could not meet our customer service standards. We apologize that he did not communicate delays in a timely manner. As for your specific project: When you were speaking with Bob, he was looking at the gutters from the ground, and was not informed that a couple of thousand pounds of ice slammed into your gutters which is why he said the hangers were probably installed incur."
"We are please you like our work. That is our ultimate goal, to provide a quality product. We also strive to keep our appointments, on time, every time. However, there are several factors beyond our control that may keep us from achieving this second goal. Weather is the biggest factor. For example, if it rains today, it could possible cause us to reschedule every job we have scheduled for the future, not just today. We work very hard to catch up after a rain, but we can only work during the daylight hours. Other weather factors are high winds which damage the gutters before we can get them up. Temperatures below 45 degrees can cause the metal to "shrink" enough that down the road, when the temperatures reach into the 90's, the metal will "expand" and crack your gutter. There are, of course, other factors like extreme illnesses and supplier mishaps that are very rare, but could possible occur. We try our best to stay in communication and work around our customer's schedules. We do apologize for the inconvenience any of these factors may cause."
