He was punctual, cordial and very professional. He quickly walked around the house and measured every room and gave us a total price and a time frame for the installation. His crew was punctual, very respectful and knowledgeable as well. Jerry and his crew came back a couple of days later to install the hardwood floors and did an outstanding job. Even though they had to wait for the hardwood  to arrive (delay in delivery), Jerry never said anything but "it is ok, we will wait". Once the hardwood arrived, the crew worked around the clock to make up for the lost time and finish the job the same day.
