We have signed final contracts with your signature signed by you stating the job was complete when it was completed. 2. Your main issue was that our subcontractors are not for personal hire and when Nick refused to give you their personal contact information you became difficult with Nick and our team. 3. You purchased All supplies using our contractors discounts. Majority of contractors will mark up the materials costs whereas we offer all of our discounts. 4. The glass that you mentioned, as Nick explained to you was an error by Keller Glass not including our contractors discount from the initial payment. This was an error that was corrected before the final payment. 5. The electrical lighting in your kitchen consisted of LED upper ceiling cabinet recess can lights and 12 wall under cabinet LED lights. The Charge of $354.89 also consisted of LED Drivers, LED Lights, and extra electrical lines for extensions. We used a total of 10 LED Drivers for your kitchen, kitchenette, and bar area. LED Drivers cost almost as much as the lights and the LED lights that were installed were not the roll of cheap adhesive strip lights for $48. We designed, fabricated, and built your designer custom kitchen, kitchenette, and bar area with solid White Maple Cabinet Grade wood for just over 36K. We began your project within 1 week after your signature and 1st payment on the contract and completed the cabinetry within 2 working weeks Total project including demo, paint, countertops, tile, plumbing, electrical, and glass installation took an additional 3-4 days. The closest competitor using Birch came in at 54K and they could not start until 4 months after the 1st payment. We are sorry you felt the need to give us such a low rating after getting a better quality kitchen within a shorter time frame while paying a fraction of the price.
