Building during covid and hurricane threats are experiences in themselves. Isaac from ISC Construction was only a phone call away at any time. Building comes with a lot of ins and outs and we always found reasonable back up plans during the problematic times. Mostly due to hurricane building requirements. Make sure you get your pricing locked down and expect the 15-20% extra costs at the end for building as we did. One thing I wished he had would be a building supervisor. The property was far enough to be an issue when certain contractors were there. Maybe he’ll hire me !! A big plus is that he is bilingual and can communicate with the workers. This helped tremendously. The build itself is amazing. We love our house. He helped us find the lot and build! He always says he’s a one-man shop! Ha!

The house was build in about 90days. All questions answered as the building went on. Isaac is man of integrity. We love our house.

Issac was very professional and would answer any questions asked, they never had any hidden surprises. This was my first time having remodeling done, and he was very easy to understand so I knew what to expect. The work was exceptional and was done exactly how we asked. Highly recommend them!

ISC Construction rebuilt my home after hurricane Harvey. I had family emergencies in another state so I could not be on site for a majority of the rebuild. I trusted Isaac & Co. to fulfill the contract which he did with flying colors with a lot less stress. It turned out so well, I really hated selling it to move out of state.

We had a home addition and remodel project and used Home Advisor and other outlets to find ISC Construction Services. We did get multiple bids from other companies but ultimately we selected ISC and Isaac Saldana to complete our project because he was honest, upfront, friendly and the price was reasonable. From the beginning, Isaac and his team were responsive, thorough and reasonable in dealing with our multitude of questions and concerns. He also was prompt in getting back to us to keep us informed and getting the job done. All projects of this magnitude will have delays and issues that come up. Count on it. That is why it is important that consumers take that in consideration for planning and etc. But working with Isaac and ISC Construction, they made it as comfortable and seamless as possible when dealing with change and delays and issues. The quality of work was great and met our objectives. Again, if we saw something that didn't quite look right or whatever, Isaac would quickly address our concerns to fix the issue or explain why they had to do something different. I will say that the home owners need to be engaged and ask questions with the contractors to make sure you get what you want. Even the best contractors need the home owners engagement to get what you want. From a budget standpoint ISC Construction was reasonable. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We felt confident with the budget for the project and knowing that our financing type limited our options for any increase in costs Isaac worked hard to get as much done as possible with our budget. In terms of schedule for getting the job done we definitely went over schedule past the original planned schedule but with this type of project I would say it is unavoidable sometimes. We did have weather as an obstacle, which you can't plan for and did hit a small delay at the beginning do to having to move some utilities out of our addition. But again, Isaac kept us informed and tried to keep it on track as best possible. The important thing was that he kept us informed. Overall, we had a great experience working with ISC Construction Services and Isaac. We would recommend him for any major Home renovation or addition project not to mention new home builds to others.

we knew what we wanted and Isaac made it happen. It was such a stress free experience. We were very impressed. When we have visitors to the new L Room EVERYONE Comments on how beautiful it is. Will hire again for another project, for sure!

Prior to putting our home up for sale, we enlisted ISC Construction to perform a complete home renovation on our 36 year old house. With such a dated home there was extensive work required on both the interior and exterior. Isaac and his crew were more than up to the challenge of a total rehab. . Talented, courteous, and customer focused is how I would describe every member of Isaac���s organization. Once the project was complete, my wife and I were overwhelmed with the total transformation of our home. We immediately put the house on the market and within 2 days had a signed contract.

They installed new granite counter tops, sinks, toilets & faucets in two bathrooms. It was done in a timely manor. I'm satisfied with their work and will recommend them to others.

Isaac and his crew did a fabulous job on my small kitchen re-mod and painting project. I had granite countertops and new back-splash installed, the lighting re-done in the kitchen and had the entry, 4 rooms and 2 halls painted. Along with these things there were also a lot of little things I asked him to fix. Everything turned out great!! I am extremely pleased and am already having him work on another quote for more work to be done.

Very good on sheet rock repair, cracks, bumps and dents as well as texture and paint for ceiling and walls.

Isaac performed on time, did some extras (like hanging mirrors) without charge, returned all phone calls. He didn't ask for final payment until I was completely satisfied. I have and will recommend him to others.
