"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"It was a great experience working with Warren. He made me feel comfortable even though I don't know anything about computers, and got it back up and running beautifully."

"I recently had the pleasure of using US Metro Handyman for a computer upgrade and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the process and options available to me. What impressed me most was his flexibility in working around my schedule and his dedication to completing the job as promised. The upgrade was done flawlessly, and my computer is running better than ever. I highly recommend and will be calling them again for future projects."

"Myles and the BTZ team are true AV professionals. They arrive on time and take care of the sale, install or repairs. In a timely manner. I have recently purchased universal remote, TV surround sound receiver and a WI-FI extension - I couldnâ t have been happier. When the receiver had a technical malfunction they came right away performed a diagnosis and sent it off for factory repair. At the same time they provided a â loanerâ to keep me connected. "Connor was very professional and knowledgeable. He got my older refurbished computer up and running for me. He was great answering my questions by text. The weather was nasty the day he came out and he was so courteous to send a text letting me know that he was tied up and running behind. I appreciated the consideration and that he kept me posted. I highly recommend him and would call him back if I need additional work done."
