"Cliff responded promptly and was able to evaluate the situation same day. I tried 2 other specialty leak detection companies and they were backed up 2-3 weeks. He located the approximate location of the leak, but could not pinpoint the source due to the location being by a beam. He went over possible scenarios and options to address each. We chose to tunnel under the foundation to cause less inside damage and he had a crew out first thing the next morning. I got home around 2PM and he had already found/fixed the leak and they had started replacing the dirt! They also took great care in replacing the dirt and causing as little damage as possible to the plants in the flower bed. Cliff had opportunities to inflate the price, but did not and I appreciate his honesty. He even repaired a wobbly toilet for us at no charge! He's a great guy that performs a great service and i would definitely use him again.

"Great. We selected DT to replace our two builder installed units about 10 years ago and have had them serviced regularly by DT. Today, we called because part of our house was warmer than the rest. Zee from DT came later today and after checking our units and confirming that they were working properly suggested and showed me how to adjust the dampers (in the attic) to reallocate air to the warmer area. Great service and he was explained a lot of aspects. I highly recommend DT Air Conditioning and there was no charge today since they had performed our regular service less than a month ago."

Mike, the plumber, quickly did a terrific job on both plumbing problems. Also, he was more than happy to share his considerable knowledge about plumbing issues in old houses. "The installation itself went well, and the additional items promised were received. We negotiated for more items since we didn't need an additional RO filter. NOW here is the BUT. We do have satisfactory whole house basic filtration, BUT it adjusts the pH the wrong way for us. Sales person tested water but I don't think she was used to seeing high pH like we have out here. We really needed a different solution to take care of that, but that wasn't suggested. So our water is even softer now. This keeps us from being satisfied with what is a good product otherwise. Last periodic servicing January 2017, satisfactorily performed."

"The vendor came out twice.  Found damage to the ductwork in the attic which allowed heating and air conditioning of the attic; the wiring had been done incorrectly at installation and two relays were needed.  The repairs were made, and the owner did not charge me for some of the work.  The people appear to be very honest and knew what they were doing.  No one I have used for maintenance in the past 9 years ever uncovered any problems with my unit.  It is now working more efficiently than it ever has.  You can bet that I will be calling them for my maintenance in the future.
