Now one of those windows is getting hazy and when you placed an order to replace the window they said it wouldn’t be ready until April 2023…this timeframe really isn’t acceptable since it is May 2022 now. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy."

The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
